At night, our shield is at its weakest. Negative people appear most vividly. They are a haunting presence. So, if we cannot pass through quickly, let us wear dark glasses.
The true essence is that our energy is infinite. However, we live in human bodies. Thus, our energy is depleted by the pollution and filth of people, which darkens our fate due to its contagious nature. Let us cut off contact, connection, and association with negative people. Regarding darkness, we know it exists, and that is enough. Knowing it is sufficient. If negative darkness exists around us, fighting it is futile. Let us treat negative darkness as something outside our world. We are the sun with a radiant halo. Wherever we go, darkness dissipates.
